Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and confirmation of club membership cancellation.

  • Membership charges may not be refunded or prorated for the cancellation of membership and must be paid in full for the entire month.
  • By submitting the cancellation form below, you acknowledge the forfeiture of all services, benefits, and/or discounts previously covered by the DASH Heating & Cooling membership agreement and understand that no refunds will be provided.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted for each physical home location.
  • These membership cancellations and refund policies are subject to change per DASH Heating & Cooling’s directives at any time.
  • Our membership plans include 2 preventative maintenance visits in your home every 12 months to help prevent common issues that arise. These visits can be redeemed during a 12-month duration from the date you join. If you are canceling before the end of this 12-month duration and you have used any preventative maintenance visits, you may incur an early termination fee.
